Retention and exit
The deployment retention schedule is 90 days after the applicable exit milestone, subject to contract terms, statutory records and legal holds. Export remains available while the account is retained. Approved erasure includes the database, private objects and eventual expiry of recovery copies under the provider schedule.
Incidents
A breach procedure with customer communication owner and incident commander is maintained by the operating team.
