Plans and billing
Published plan versions are immutable commercial records. Prices exclude applicable tax and third-party pass-through charges. Paid-period cancellation retains agreed access; a published grace period precedes restriction; exceeding limits blocks new excess usage, not reading or export.
No funds held
LOADTON does not hold, escrow or transmit customer funds. You may record collections in your own finance workflow.
Regulated activities
The software is not an accredited e-invoicing provider, customs authority or certification to handle dangerous goods, pharmaceutical cold chain or bonded inventory.
